How will my order be shipped?
Most items are shipped via standard carriers such as UPS, or USPS. However, very large, heavy, or bulky items (boilers, water heaters and one-piece toilets), as well as large-quantity orders, may be shipped via freight (LTL). Standard freight shipments are delivered "curbside" or "driveway" only. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to any address (excluding PO boxes) within the contiguous United States. Deliveries to islands or areas requiring a ferry service may incur additional delivery charges.
What happens after I place my order?
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. A second email will be sent when your order has shipped, which will include tracking information if available. For freight shipments, the freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.
How do I prepare for a freight delivery?
For freight deliveries, please make sure someone is present to receive the shipment at the scheduled time. Freight deliveries are typically "curbside" or "driveway" drop-offs. If you need additional services, such as liftgate service or inside delivery, please contact us before you place the order, as these services may incur additional fees and are not available in all areas
How do I start a return?
To start a return, you will need to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Please contact us with the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Whether the item has been installed
- Whether you have the original packaging and shipping materials to return the item

How do I file a claim for damaged items?

Does my order qualify for free shipping?
Free shipping is available on standard ground shipping orders within the contiguous United States. Freight orders may also qualify for free shipping.
