It includes a mechanical-type seal (stainless steel spring, nitrile parts, carbon, and ceramic faces) with secondary exclusion seal for added strength and durability. The dynamically balanced two-vane non-clog impeller is designed with pump-out vanes to keep solids away from the seal for less seal and bearing wear.
