How will my order be shipped?

Most items are shipped via standard carriers such as UPS or USPS. Very large, heavy, or bulky items (boilers, water heaters, one-piece toilets), as well as large-quantity orders, may be shipped via freight (LTL). Standard freight shipments are delivered "curbside" or "driveway" only. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to any address (excluding PO boxes) within the contiguous United States. Deliveries to islands or areas requiring a ferry service may incur additional delivery charges.

What happens after I place my order?

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. A second email will be sent when your order has shipped, including tracking information if available. For freight shipments, the freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.

Does my order qualify for free shipping?

How do I prepare for a freight delivery?

For freight deliveries, please ensure someone is present to receive the shipment at the scheduled time. Freight deliveries are typically "curbside" or "driveway" drop-offs. If you need additional services, such as liftgate service or inside delivery, please contact us before placing the order. These services may incur additional fees and are not available in all areas.

Where does my order ship from?

PlumbingDeals.com is based in Walled Lake, MI, with several warehouses located throughout the state. Your order may ship from different locations depending on product availability and warehouse stock.

Returns & Damaged Items

How do I start a return?

To start a return, you will need a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Contact us with the following information:

Order number
Reason for return
Whether the item has been installed
Whether you have the original packaging and shipping materials

How do I file a claim for damaged items?
