Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Plumbing Deals! If, for any reason, you're not happy with your order, new and unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Plus, we’ll cover the shipping costs for returns back to us!

What Can Be Returned?

  • New and unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • We cover return shipping costs for standard returns.

Excluded Products

Some items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective:

  • Products shipped via freight (LTL)
  • Granite sinks
  • Tankless water heaters (Noritz, Rinnai, EeMax)
  • Honeywell & Robertshaw products
  • Toilet seats (including bidet seats)
  • Electrical items
  • Shellback products (please contact the manufacturer directly)
  • Closeout products

Items that have been opened, installed, used, or are special-order/ non-stock may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 35%.

How to Start a Return

To return an item, first request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number by emailing sales@plumbing-deals.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Whether the item has been installed
  • Whether you still have the original packaging

We’ll process your request within 3–5 business days and provide return instructions and your RGA number.

All returns must:

  • Be in new condition
  • Include original packaging
  • Be double boxed
  • Have the RGA number clearly marked on the shipping label

Returns sent to the wrong address or without an RGA will not be eligible for credit.

When Will I Get My Refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 3–5 business days. Refunds are processed back to your original form of payment.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Received the Wrong Product?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the incorrect item. We’ll send you return instructions, provide an RGA number, and cover the return shipping. We’ll then ship the correct item at no additional charge.

Reporting Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 2 business days at contact@plumbingdeals.com or call 888-682-5956.

To file a UPS claim, we’ll need the following seven photos:

  1. Damaged item inside the box
  2. Clear photo of the damaged item
  3. Packaging material used
  4. Close-up of shipping label with tracking number
  5. Box manufacturer’s certificate (round stamp)
  6. Two photos showing all 6 sides of the box

Order Cancellation Policy 

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to make order cancellations as simple as possible. 

Stock Items 

Orders for in-stock items may typically be canceled prior to shipment for a full refund. If your order has already shipped, our standard return policy will apply. We ship stock items the following business day; cancellation requests can only be processed within 24 hours of ordering. 

Special Order & Non-Stock Items 

Special order and non-stock items are subject to a limited cancellation window. Because these products are often ordered specifically for your purchase, we must first confirm with the manufacturer whether the order can still be canceled. 

If you request a cancellation for a special order or non-stock item: 

  1. We will immediately contact the manufacturer to verify whether the order is still eligible for cancellation. 

  1. Once cancellation eligibility is confirmed, we will process the cancellation and issue your refund as quickly as possible. 

  1. In certain circumstances, the manufacturer may assess a cancellation fee. While we make every effort to avoid these charges, any manufacturer-imposed fees may be deducted from the refund amount if applicable. 

  1. If the manufacturer has already begun production, processing, or shipment of the item, cancellation may no longer be possible. 

We encourage customers to contact us as soon as possible if a cancellation is needed, as earlier requests provide the best opportunity to avoid fees and successfully stop the order before processing advances.
