This was my first dealing with Plumbing Deals. Excellent experience from ordering to delivery. Well packed for delivery in Toto original box which was put in a larger box with ample padding. Installed bidet and it works great. Would definitely order from Plumbing Deals again.

Good price and excellent service. They answer the phone and reply to emails.

Plumbing Deals is great! I called and spoke with Chris who was professional, friendly, and helpful. They have good prices, great items, and quick shipping. I would definitely buy from this store again.

Purchase was perfect experience with the company excellent

Actually the product is top notch but i got the wrong one and upon returning sales went above and beyond to make it right

We had to replace a broken sink in our master bathroom. I wanted an exact match and this was it. We had some trouble with shipping and then also with the size of the sink, but the team was incredibly helpful and made sure we got what we needed. Everything installed perfectly. I'm really happy with this sink specifically, but even more with the customer service from Plumbing Deals.

Item delivered was exactly what I ordered. Easy to replace.

Good product, great price! The original in the toilet was letting water leak a little, and all was good with this item!
