Shipping Policies

All of our merchandise is shipped NEW in unopened boxes (unless otherwise noted). All products include all applicable manufacturers' warranties.

Free Shipping within the continental United States is included on all products! In-stock products ship next business day.

Special order items have the lead time listed on the product page, but please call us for clarification or if you have any questions.

Defective & Shipping Damage Policy

When your shipment arrives, please check for any damage. If the damage is visible when the package arrives, please refuse delivery if able, and reach out to us as soon as possible. For freight shipments, note on the Bill of Lading that the refusal is due to shipping damage. Remove the packaging and inspect the contents for any physical damage in the presence of the driver. If there is any damage, visible or not, you must indicate such on the delivery receipt. You should always note on the Bill of Lading: "MERCHANDISE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION".

If you notice damage after opening, please contact us about the next steps so we can make it right. Please open all packages within 48 hours of receiving. Any damage or shortage must be reported within 48 hours to receive credit.

Freight Delivery Policy Statement

If a freight delivery cannot be received due to customer unavailability, storage fees may be incurred. Additionally, the item may be returned to our warehouse, and the customer will be responsible for the return freight charges, which can amount to up to 35% of the total order value.

We encourage customers to ensure timely receipt of freight deliveries to avoid these additional costs. We are happy to wait to schedule the shipping of any order, you must reach out prior to the order to schedule with us.
