Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Plumbing Deals! If, for any reason, you're not happy with your order, new and unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Plus, we’ll cover the shipping costs for returns back to us!

Excluded Products

While we strive to make returns as easy as possible, there are a few products that are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Any product shipped via LTL (truck/freight)
  • Granite sinks
  • Tankless Water Heaters (Noritz, Rinnai, EeMax)
  • Honeywell & Robertshaw products
  • Toilet seats (including bidet seats)
  • Electrical products
  • Shellback products (please contact the manufacturer directly)

Please Note: Products that have been opened, used, or are special-order or non-stock items may incur a restocking fee of up to 35%.

How to Return a Product

If you need to return a product, you must first obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. To get your RGA number and return instructions, please contact us by email at sales@plumbing-deals.com. Requests for returns are generally processed within 3-5 business days, and we will provide detailed return instructions along with your RGA number. Please include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Has it been installed
  • Do you have the original packaging and shipping materials to ship this back

When Do I Get My Refund?

We will process your refund once the item has been received and inspected by our warehouse. Please allow 3 to 5 business days from the date of delivery to our warehouse for the credit to be issued. Refunds will be processed in accordance with our return policy. Please allow 4 to 7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment only.

Received the Wrong Product?

If you received an incorrect item, we’re here to make it right! Please contact us by email or call 1-888-682-5956 within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will provide an RGA number and instructions on how to send it back. We’ll cover the shipping costs for the return and send out the correct product at no additional cost to you.
