At Plumbing Deals, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and hassle-free. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship.
All of our merchandise is shipped NEW in unopened boxes (unless otherwise noted). All products include all applicable manufacturers' warranties.
Free Shipping within the continental United States is included on all products! In-stock products ship next business day.
Special order items have the lead time listed on the product page, but please call us for clarification or if you have any questions.
How Will My Order Be Shipped?
Most orders ship via trusted carriers like UPS or USPS. Larger or heavier items (like boilers, water heaters, and one-piece toilets) or bulk orders will ship via freight (LTL).
- Freight shipments are delivered curbside or to your driveway only.
- Some freight items require 1 to 3 additional business days for transfer to our shipping warehouse before they ship.
- If you need liftgate or inside delivery, please reach out before ordering—these services may incur additional fees and may not be available in all areas.
- Important: Failure to schedule your delivery with the freight carrier in a timely manner may result in storage fees or the item being returned to sender, in which case a restocking fee may apply and shipping charges may not be refunded.
Where Do We Ship?
We ship anywhere in the contiguous United States (excluding PO boxes). Deliveries to remote areas or islands requiring ferry services may incur additional charges.
Have Delivery Issues with USPS or UPS?
If you know your address has trouble receiving packages from UPS or USPS, let us know in the Order Comments field at checkout. We'll do our best to work with you and avoid delivery problems.
What Happens After I Place My Order?
You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed. A second email with tracking info will be sent once your order ships. If your order ships via freight, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.
Preparing for a Freight Delivery
- Freight deliveries are typically curbside or driveway drop-off only.
- Please ensure someone is present at the scheduled time to receive the shipment.
- Upon delivery, inspect the package thoroughly before signing for it.
Important: Damage claims for freight shipments must be made within 48 hours of delivery. When your shipment arrives, please check for any damage. If the damage is visible when the package arrives, please refuse delivery if able, and reach out to us as soon as possible. For freight shipments, note on the Bill of Lading that the refusal is due to shipping damage. Remove the packaging and inspect the contents for any physical damage in the presence of the driver. If there is any damage, visible or not, you must indicate such on the delivery receipt. You should always note on the Bill of Lading: "MERCHANDISE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION".
If any damage is visible or suspected, note it with the driver, take photos, and contact us immediately at contact@plumbingdeals.com or 888-682-5956.
Failure to report damage within 48 hours of delivery may prevent us from filing a claim or issuing a replacement.
Expedited Shipping Availability
