The SharkBite™ corrugated stainless steel water heater connectors are used in residential and commercial applications to connect the hot and cold supply lines to the water heater. The connectors are flexible stainless steel. The water heater connectors are designed for use in accessible locations to connect water heaters, fixtures and other water connected devices to the water supply. The connectors are available in 18 and 24 in lengths. The connections on the connectors are 3/4 in FIP x 3/4 in SharkBite™, 1 in FIP x 3/4 in SharkBite™ or 1 in FIP x 1 in SharkBite™. The SharkBite™ connection allows the installer to connect to copper, PEX, CPVC and PE-RT tubing eliminating the need for an additional transition fitting.
