The Merrill Manufacturing MPS3050 pressure switch is designed to automatically control water pump operation in well and pressure tank systems. This switch helps maintain consistent water pressure by turning the pump on when pressure drops and shutting it off once the desired pressure level is reached.

This model is factory preset with a 30 PSI cut-in and 50 PSI cut-out pressure range. When system pressure drops to the cut-in level, the switch activates the pump. When pressure reaches the cut-out level, the switch shuts the pump off to maintain steady pressure in the plumbing system.

• Factory preset pressure range: 30 PSI cut-in / 50 PSI cut-out
• 1/4 in female NPT pressure switch pipe connection
• Captive nut on cover for secure installation
• Adjustment instructions located inside the top cover
• Contact points open at cut-out pressure (pump off)
• Contact points close at cut-in pressure (pump on)
• Each turn of the adjustment screw changes pressure by approximately 2 PSI
